You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. ua88 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
ua88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
ua88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ua88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
ua88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ua88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ua88 support immediately.
You must notify ua88 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. ua88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
ua88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring an SMS OTP in addition to your password each time you log in.
ua88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ua88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your ua88 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. ua88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process within 1–3 hours during standard banking hours.
ua88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ua88 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
ua88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the ua88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ua88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
ua88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ua88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ua88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ua88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
ua88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ua88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ua88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ua88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ua88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ua88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to your breach, ua88 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds.
You may close your ua88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ua88 Platform. ua88 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR – the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
ua88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ua88 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the ua88 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
